This page lists the companies that may receive your contact information when you submit a quote request through YourNewBathroom.com. Naming our partners here, in addition to our Privacy Policy Section 5, is part of how we satisfy the "clear and conspicuous identification of the sellers" requirement under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 CFR § 64.1200(f)(9), and the analogous requirements of the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, the Maryland TCPA, the Washington Commercial Electronic Mail Act, and other state consumer-protection statutes.
When you click Get My Quote on the quiz, you authorize us to share the information you provided with up to four of the companies below — selected based on your project type, ZIP code, and our partners' availability at the time of your submission. The exact partner(s) who receive your inquiry are determined automatically by the matching engine our lead-distribution provider, ActiveProspect (LeadConduit), operates on our behalf.

Operates the LeadConduit routing engine that delivers your inquiry to the home-improvement provider(s) below, and the TrustedForm session-replay tag that records your consent at the moment of form submission. ActiveProspect acts as our service provider for these functions; it does not market its own services to you.
Home-Improvement Service Providers
The companies below have an active agreement with us to receive bathroom-remodeling inquiries in the geographies they serve. Each may contact you by telephone, SMS, and email regarding your quote request, including using automatic telephone dialing systems and prerecorded or artificial voice messages, in accordance with the consent you provided at submission.

The brand named in the TCPA consent disclosure on our quiz. Bath Concepts owns the TrustedForm publisher relationship and the LeadConduit account that receives your inquiry, and is responsible for routing it to the installer assigned to your service area.
How We Choose Which Partner Receives Your Inquiry
Selection is automated. The factors are:
- Your project type (e.g. walk-in tub, full bathroom remodel) — only partners that install that category are eligible.
- Your ZIP code — only partners whose service area covers your address are eligible.
- Partner-availability and capacity caps set by each partner in LeadConduit (a partner that has met its daily lead cap is skipped that day).
- Acceptance criteria each partner has configured in LeadConduit — for example, requiring a valid TrustedForm certificate, a phone number that passes format validation, and a residential address (not a PO box).
We do not select partners based on your demographic characteristics, browsing history, or any inferred attributes about you.
Partner Volume
An inquiry is sent to at most four partners. In most cases it is sent to one. If no eligible partner accepts the inquiry under the criteria above, your information is retained in our internal records (see Privacy Policy Section 12 for retention) and we may contact you ourselves regarding our service.
Updates to This List
Partners may join or leave our network from time to time. Material changes to this list will be reflected here within a reasonable period after the change takes effect; we will not retroactively change which partner received an inquiry that has already been delivered.
Opt Out
To stop your information from being shared with the partners listed above (a "sale" of personal information under California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other state laws), use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. Note that an opt-out only affects future submissions; an inquiry that has already been delivered to a partner cannot be recalled.
